The team arrived today and had a great time meeting our friends in Istanbul. They are excited for sleep and all God has in store for them. Tomorrow they are putting on a picnic for Iraq refugees who are in Turkey, mostly moms and their children, so pray that God would use our team to encourage and bless these moms.
Travel went well with only one bag missing, so pray the bag shows up soon! The team is tired, so I hope they find great rest tonight as they adjust to the 8 hour difference.
We know that this trip and everything that happens has a purpose and in all curcumstances God is teaching and growing us. So keep praying for these students and the staff as God draws each one to himself and challenges their hearts through these weeks. Pray for God to use them and mold them as they serve him.
Thanks for keeping up with the Team and for all your prayers.....from now on you will hear specifically from them; I can't wait!!!
